I have always kept very active by swimming, running, and hiking. It wasn’t until my 30’s that I fell in love with weight training. I found myself always helping the beginners in the gym with their form and giving them my advice. That’s when I decided to get my certification in personal training. Eventually I became interested in Olympic weightlifting and received my certification through USA Weightlifting.
There are still many women that are intimidated by lifting weights, and I love to show them that it’s the best way to transform their bodies and give them confidence that they’ve never felt.
